Your membership grants full access to every resort amenity: the 6,000 sq ft infinity pool and cabanas, wellness sanctuary and spa, farm-to-table restaurant, private trails, wildlife tours, skeet shooting range, fishing, and exclusive member events including celebrity chef evenings and live music. You also receive first right of refusal on property purchases within the community.
Yes. Your $2,500 quarterly dues are credited directly toward food and beverage at Bison Ridge. This means every dollar spent on dues goes toward extraordinary dining experiences — from our signature restaurant to private chef's table events, poolside dining, and wine cellar tastings. It's not a fee; it's an invitation to indulge.
Memberships are transferable with board approval. Whether you wish to pass your membership to a family member or transfer it as part of a property sale, our concierge team will guide you through the seamless process. Founding Member pricing and benefits transfer with the membership.
The application process begins with a private tour of Bison Ridge, followed by a personal meeting with our membership director. After submitting your application, the membership committee reviews it within 14 business days. Approved applicants receive a formal invitation to join. The entire process is designed to be personal, respectful, and reflective of the exclusivity that defines our community.
